Third Party Payment cause my conversion to all be in Referral Source
I am currently setting up the Analytics account for an E-Commerce client.
To put you in context, the customer have the possibility of paying is purchase with a third party website called Monetico. It's a web solution for payment developped by Desjardins.
So here is the User Flow
- User click "checkout"
- Fill the info
- Click "payment" (customer is redirected to monetico's website)
- Fill the info on monetico's website
- Redirected to the "Thank You" Page (order received)
My problem is that all conversion made with this third party payment method is grouped in the channel "Referral". I am looking for a solution that would take in consideration the REAL channel to evaluate my conversion and all the Enhanced E-Commerce data.
